He has been engaged in postdoctoral research and held core research management positions in top scientific research institutions in the United States, and is now a leader in the field of gene therapy. He has been deeply engaged in the field of gene therapy and translational medicine for 15 years, specializing in molecular biology, multi-omics technology development and the construction of preclinical efficacy evaluation system. As a pioneer in the core technology of gene therapy for chronic kidney disease (CKD), Bo Zhao has obtained 1 patent granted by the United States as the first inventor.
